Reservations received via phone or email etc will be considered as reserved booking which will be valid for 24-48 hours, it would turn into a guaranteed status after a deposit is received, for the reservation in particular, in absence of deposit received, the reservation held would be cancelled automatically, after the duration as mentioned above.
For cancellation of a guaranteed reservation less than 7 days prior to arrival, retention charges equivalent to one night room tariff will be levied, and cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival, 100% charge of total reservation would be levied.
While we accept a maximum of 02 adults and child up to 05 years of age without any additional charges, as long as the child is sharing the same bed of parents.
Extra bed is mandatory for children between 5-12 years of age and would be charged INR 2500 plus taxes on CP. Please note that only one extra bed can be placed in the room.
Please note that any cancellation received due to a government restriction or the pandemic or a calamity would be adjusted against a credit note for a full calendar year, in addition the offered credit note would allow a one-time date change depending upon the availability at the hotel.
No refund would be offered.
Premium tariffs would apply during local fairs and national holidays/ festivals.
